Happy New Year from Norway, everyone!! ^^
Gosh... It's been FOREVER since last time I wrote to you guys, so today I decided to do a little catch-up!
A lot happened in the month of December, actually. I never thought Christmas last year would be so special. We would normally invite friends and family over to our house, celebrating an Asian version of Christmas including karaoke, eating loads of food (My mother likes to cook either traditional Vietnamese/Chinese food, or Norwegian food on Christmas Eve), playing different types of games, and last but not least, packing up Christmas gifts at midnight! Memories...
We didn't do any of these things on Christmas Eve. Instead of celebrating Christmas at home here up in the north, we decided to celebrate with uncles, aunties and cousins in Belgium!
So then we went! All four of us, all packed up and ready to hit the road and drive all the way from Gjøvik to Liège, Belgium!
I must say, even though it was a looong and exhausting trip, we had a lot of fun. Dad decided to take a shortcut by taking the cruise ship from Oslo to Kiel. We actually left from Norway four days before Christmas, but since my parents had some errands to do before Christmas in Belgium, we didn’t have enough time to take the much longer way through Sweden.
And since we took the crusie skip for 20 hours, with waves that just wouldn't stop cradle the skip, I threw up a couple times.
But it was well worth it (I think ;P). I finally got to meet the rest of my family (from dad’s side of the family) after all these years! Even though some of us had never met before, we still had a lovely Christmas together ^^
And, well... With my wierd but awesome Asian family, we decided to go on a All-You-Can-Eat-Buffet at a Chinese Restaurant instead of cooking Christmas dinner at home :D

Anyway! I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas, and that 2014 had been a great year for y'all ;* Let's just hope 2015 will turn out just as great, or maybe even better!
But before I go, I wanna wish all students out there who had worked their asses of last year GOOD LUCK on the next chapter of their life!
*Cheers!*~ Vee
