Hello, beautiful!
So... October just passed, and I realised this blog didn't get it's proper beginning.
I want to apologise for my late update, and I'll do my very best to update you guys more often from now on.
But why did I decide to blog today?
Let's just say that I'm sick and tired of school and want a little bit of time for myself to catch up with my blog again!
If I should be 100% honest and tell you exactly why I wanted to make this new english blog, rather than continuing on my previous norwegian blog, it's because I wanted to try something different outside my comfort zone.
It is hard to write everything in english now, instead of what I used to do, but I guess I like to make things a bit hard and challenging for myself. Don't really know if it's a smart or stupid idea, but like every little curious girl, I like trying new things and see if I can handle it.
Personally, I think this will not only help me get better in english but also because I think it's fun! I don't know... I'm just trying, and if this doesn't work / I end up proving myself wrong, or whatever, then at least I tried, right? ^.^
The month of October has been a pretty tough and hard-working month for me. We got loads of homework, and a bunch of tests we had to study for. That was pretty much why I couldn't post any blog posts for you. But as the end of October and Halloween came along, my birthday was the perfect way to kinda celebrate/have a little bit of fun with diffrent costumes, and end all that hard work. Of course we still have A LOT to do before Christmas, but not as much as the first weeks of autumn.
Speaking of autumn, it's sooo saaad fall-time's over soon! Oh, how much I love fall and sweater-weather! But I also can't wait for Christmas and New Years!
Are you just as excited for winter as I am?
Nothing is better than spending some time with family and friends infront of a fireplace, drinking hot chocolate whilst opening the presents and playing mini-games.
Also, if you live in a place where snow and cool air surrounds you, you'll know what I mean when I say that sledging down your nearest toboggan run is THE BEST ACTIVITY EVER! Also in Norway (or in any other place in Scandinavia) people around here also enjoy skiing and alpine skiing. But if you're like me, and prefers to be a bit more elegant and "girly" (or if you're more on the lazy side of doing winter activities) you'd probably like ice-skating better ;)
I hope you liked my little catch up with you guys, and hopefully I will write again soon! But for now, off to bed I go!
^.~
Sweet Dreams,
